While it's great to see that you are enjoying the new design of the Buds4 Pro, we're disappointed to read that the sound isn't impressing you. We designed these Buds with comfort and style in mind, with the sleek metal finish and transparent case working to elevate the look. With advanced 2-way speakers and a wider woofer providing deeper, richer lows and clear highs, we certainly wouldn't expect you to experience any issues with the sound. For the best sound, the fit is very important. We would recommend carrying out a Fit Test, the steps for which can be found here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/find-the-best-fit-for-your-ears-with-the-galaxy-earbud-fit-test/ Though the guide references a previous model, these steps are still relevant to you.
