Samsung Online Shop offers to deliver your order to over 1,000 SF Pickup Points across Hong Kong/ Macau for your easiest convenience.

Please install and login SF Express SFHK App↗. You will receive a notification from the App when the parcel arrives at the SF location. Please utilize the pick-up instruction from the app to collect your parcel.

Upon arrival, parcels can be stored for free for 24 hours for SF Locker or 2 working days for SF Stores, after which an overdue service fee will be charged by SF Express.

If parcel exceeds SF Locker size limit, SF Express will contact you for alternative arrangement.

For SF pick up point service policy, or addresses of SF Pickup Points and SF Lockers, please refer to SF Express website. If there is any inconsistency between Samsung Online Shop and SF Express Website, the SF Express Website version shall prevail.
