Can I cancel Premium Monthly?

Yes.

You may cancel through Samsung My Orders, where available, or Samsung Customer Service.

Cancellation is immediate.

Future recurring charges stop, no remaining future subscription balance is owed, Samsung Care+ Extended Warranty ends, unused Maintenance Services are forfeited and no future Maintenance entitlement accrues.

Cancellation takes effect immediately even if you have already paid for the current monthly subscription period. Your Samsung Care+ benefits do not continue until the next scheduled billing date.

No pro-rated refund is provided for the current paid subscription period.

Except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise expressly provided under the Samsung Care+ Terms, voluntary cancellation does not provide a refund of monthly subscription payments already paid.
