What happens if my Product has previously been repaired or modified by someone who is not Samsung-authorized?

Any effect on your Samsung manufacturer’s warranty or Samsung Care+ Extended Warranty will be determined under Samsung’s applicable Product Warranty.

Samsung Care+ Premium Maintenance is a separate benefit. A previous unauthorized repair does not automatically cancel an otherwise valid Maintenance entitlement, although Samsung or the Authorized Service Center may decline, delay or reschedule Maintenance if the Product cannot be safely or reasonably serviced.
