When can I use Premium Maintenance?

For Premium Upfront, all Maintenance Services included in the selected plan become available immediately while the plan remains valid.

For Premium Monthly, Maintenance is not available immediately.

For Products other than Room Air Conditioners, one Maintenance Service becomes available after each completed 12 months of successful subscription payments.

For Room Air Conditioners, two Maintenance Services become available after each completed 12 months.
